摘要
水泥生料配料的质量直接影响熟料的质量、产量及能耗,目前国内水泥生产线的原料配比控制大多采用以实验室X荧光分析仪为主的质量控制系统,本文分析了这种质量控制系统存在的分析滞后、样品代表性差、人为因素误差时有发生等问题现状。中子活化在线分析仪采用瞬发γ中子活化分析技术,通过检测特征γ射线的能量和强度,辨识物料元素种类及含量,以实现水泥生料配料在线实时质量控制,每小时可进行60次生料配比分析计算和调整。中子活化在线分析仪应用于水泥生产后,静态标定和动态运行标定结果表明,中子活化在线分析仪性能稳定,检测精度高,生料和熟料率值合格率和稳定性均有所提升。
The quality of cement raw meal ingredients directly affects the quality,output and energy consumption of clinker,at present,most of the raw material proportioning control of domestic cement production lines adopts the quality control system based on laboratory X-ray fluorescence analyzer,and this paper analyzes the analysis lag,poor sample representativeness,human factor error and other problems of this quality control system.The neutron activation online analyzer adopts instantaneous γneutron activation analysis technology,which can identify the types and contents of material elements by detecting the energy and intensity of characteristic γ rays,so as to realize online real-time quality control of cement raw meal batching,and can perform 60 raw meal proportioning analysis calculations and adjustments per hour.After the application of neutron activation on-line analyzer to cement production,the static calibration and dynamic operation calibration results show that the neutron activation online analyzer has stable performance,high detection accuracy,and improved the qualification rate and stability of raw meal and clinker rate values.
