在智能控制技术不断进步的背景下,自动化技术在工业生产中也得到了广泛应用。将计算机辅助软件和网络技术有效运用在工业生产线上,能够缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,从而有利于提高企业的核心竞争能力。工业物联网技术是推动制造业向智能化转型的重要技术之一,但现阶段我国大部分的制造业企业仍存在无法及时收集生产数据的问题。基于此,分析基于物联网的数字化车间数据采集与管理。

With the continuous progress of intelligent control technology,automation technology has also been widely used in industrial production.The effective application of computer-aided software and network technology in industrial production lines can shorten the production cycle,reduce production costs,and thus improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Industrial Internet of Things technology is one of the important technologies to promote the transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligence.However,at this stage,most manufacturing enterprises in China still cannot collect production data in time.Based on this,the digital workshop data collection and management based on the Internet of Things is analyzed.
