滇西北区域大规模新能源接入对稳定影响及提升措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 新能源集中接入滇西北电网,外送需求加大,主要断面潮流加重,与此同时,系统故障期间,新能源的有功、无功出力特性也会影响重要交流断面的潮流、电压,间接影响系统功角稳定性水平。本文建立了滇西北区域的新能源机电仿真模型,开展了新能源大规模接入后滇西北电网稳定特性分析。针对500 kV黄仁双线N-2切机后仍有暂态低电压,导致新能源大规模脱网等问题,从稳控切机措施、新能源参数优化、SVG参数优化等角度提出控制措施,提高新能源大规模并网后电网的安全性与稳定性。 With the centralized access of new energy to the northwest Yunnan power grid,the demand for transmission is increasing,and the power flow of the main sections is aggravated.At the same time,during the system failure,the active and reactive power output characteristics of new energy will also affect the power flow and voltage of important alternating current sections,and indirectly affect the power angle stability level of the system.In this paper,the electromechanical simulation model of new energy in northwest Yunnan is established,and the stability characteristics of northwest Yunnan power grid after large-scale access of new energy are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of transient low voltage after generator tripping for 500 kV Huangren double line tripped,which leads to large-scale off-grid of new energy.Control measures are proposed in this paper from the stable control measures,new energy parameter optimization and SVG parameter optimization,which improve the safety and stability of power grid after large-scale grid-connected of new energy.
