新型电力系统背景下云南电网“十四五”及中长期电力保供面临的形势及解决措施探讨

Discussion on the situation and solution of Yunnan Power Grid’s“14th Five-Year Plan”and Medium and Long Term Power Supply Guarantee Under the Background of New Power System

本文从目前云南现状电力供应的形势出发,详细分析各类型电源在电力保供方面的作用,结合云南中长期负荷发展及用电特性,提出即满足双碳目标及新型电力系统建设、又满足电力保供的后续电源的装机配比方案。

Based on the current power supply situation in Yunnan,this paper analyzes in detail the role of various types of power sources in power supply protection.Combining with the medium and long term load development and power consumption characteristics in Yunnan,this paper puts forward the installation ratio scheme of subsequent power sources that not only meet the double carbon target and the construction of new power system,but also meet the power supply protection.
