打造法学专业示范基层教学组织的思考--以安徽省高校“双基”建设为视角

摘要 高校基层教学组织建设,必须以专业特征和人才培养目标为基础。在专业区分的前提下,对基层教学组织建设开展研究,有利于提高办学水平和人才培养质量。在此结合安徽省“双基”建设的指标要求,指出法学专业基层教学组织在机构设置、职能发挥、优势特色等方面存在的问题和优化路径。打造法学专业示范基层教学组织,必须形成科学灵活的组织建制,充分发挥教学建设和教学改革职能,在质量文化、办学思路、实务技能以及学科竞赛等方面,形成特色鲜明的专业优势,以此强化法学专业基层教学组织的职能,提升新时代应用型法治人才的培养质量。 The construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities must be based on major characteristics and personnel training objectives.On the premise of distinguishing majors,study on the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations can improve school management and the quality of personnel training.Based on the index requirements of"double-base"construction in Anhui Province,the paper points out the problems and optimization paths of grass-roots teaching organizations for law majors in terms of institutional structure,functions,and advantages and characteristics.To build a model grass-roots teaching organization for law majors,we must form a scientific and flexible organizational system,give full play to the functions of teaching construction and teaching reform,and form distinctive major advantages in terms of quality culture,school-running ideas,practical skills and subject competitions,so as to strengthen the functions of grass-roots teaching organizations for law majors and improve the training quality of applied law personnel in the new era.
