快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定土壤和沉积物中有机氯农药残留

Determination of OCPs in Soil and Sediment by ASE-GC/MS

建立了快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定土壤和沉积物中23种有机氯农药残留的方法。23种有机氯农药校准曲线中目标化合物相对响应因子的相对标准偏差均<20%;检出限为0.01 mg/kg~0.02 mg/kg;相对偏差为0.5%~21.6%;基体加标实验回收率为72.0%~93.3%。该方法检出限低、精密度和准确度较高,适用于土壤和沉积物中23种有机氯农药残留的分析测定。

The 23 Organochlorine Pesticides(OCPs)in Soil and Sediment were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with accelerated solvent extraction(ASE).The relative standard of the relative response factors of the target compounds in the calibration curves of 23 OCPs were<20%;the limit of detection ranged was 0.01mg/kg~0.02mg/kg;the relative standard deviation ranged was 0.5%~21.6%;the average recovery was 72.0%~93.3%.The method was low detec⁃tion limit and high precision and accuracy for analysis,and suitable for the determination of 23 OCPs in soil and sediment.
