分光光度法测定消毒餐具和食品用纸容器中戊二醛的含量

摘要 建立一种简单、有效地测定消毒餐具和食品用纸容器中戊二醛的分光光度法。利用嗪(戊二醛与MBTH(3-甲基-苯并噻唑腙)反应产物)在酸性溶液中能够被铁离子(Fe3+)生成蓝绿色化合物,该化合物的吸光度值与戊二醛含量在一定浓度范围内成正比,可对食品相关制品中戊二醛含量进行测定,分析各因素对实验结果的影响并确定最佳条件。在最佳测试条件下,吸光值与戊二醛浓度在0.0032mg/100cm^(2)~0.1280 mg/100cm^(2)范围内呈现良好线性关系R2=0.9986,加标回收率在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%,检出限为3.2μg/100cm^(2),测定下限为5.0μg/100cm^(2)。本方法操作简便、快速、准确和稳定,适用于餐具及食品用纸容器中戊二醛含量测定。 To establish a simple、efficient method for the determination of Glutaraldehyde in Sterilize cutlery and Paper con⁃tainer set for food by Spectrophotometric Method.Azine(Glutaraldehyde react with MBTH)was oxidized by ferric ions(Fe3+)in acid solution to blue-green compounds.Absorbance value was conducted by the compound was directly propor⁃tional to glutaraldehyde content.The method was used for quantitative determination of Glutaraldehyde.The effect condi⁃tions were analyzed,and opt conditions were determined.Under the optimal experimental conditions,The coefficient of the linear regression equation(R2)was 0.9986 within the linear range of 0.0032mg/100cm^(2)~0.1280 mg/100cm^(2),and the re⁃covery rate was 90%∽110%.and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%,The detection limit was 3.2μg/100cm^(2),The minimum quantitative detection limit was 5.0μg/100cm^(2).The method is simple,rapid,accurate and stable,and is suitable for the determination of Glutaraldehyde in Tableware and Paper container set for food.
