土壤中有效硅测定方法比较

摘要 本次试验以0.025mol/L柠檬酸溶液浸取一定量的土壤试样,然后于30℃的恒温箱保温5h,期间每隔1h对塑料瓶进行摇动。过滤后,滤液分别用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计进行测定,比较试验结果可知,两者检出限均能满足实验测定要求,电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定的精密度在0.59%-1.96%之间,相对误差在7.95%以内,回收率在96.1%-104.5%,满足实验室规范要求,在操作更具简便性,速度更快,能够适用实验测定需求。 In this experiment,0.025 mol/L citric acid solution was used to leach a certain amount of soil samples,and then the samples were heated in 30℃incubator for 5 H,during which the plastic bottles were shaken every 1 H.After filtering,the filtrate was determined by ICP--OES and photometer respectively.The detection limits of both methods were found to meet the experimental requirements,the precision of ICP--OES is 0.59%-1.96%,the relative error is less than 7.95%,and the recovery is 96.1%-104.5%.It meets the requirements of laboratory specifications,can be applied to the needs of experimental measurement.
