摘要 在马克思劳动价值论基础之上,通过对劳动细化和劳动作用对象的分析能够得出以下结论:不同质的劳动创造出价值量不同的农产品价值、劳动作用对象差异形成高低不同的农产品价格是农业高质量发展促进共同富裕的动力来源。再以山东、四川、河南三个农业大省为样本进行分析,可以发现:自主科技创新能力不高,对稀缺资源、级差地租收益管理不到位,加之农业经济属地利益流失到异地,以上原因阻碍了农业大省农业高质量发展促进共同富裕的实现。为此,应开启以政府为主导的农业高质量发展新征程,大力度理顺级差地租收益分配、大力度推动农业区域性品牌发展,以行政区品牌建设为突破口,推动农业高质量发展,促进农民农村实现共同富裕。 Based on Marx’s labor theory of value,this paper aims to find the high-energy power source of high-quality agricultural development through the analysis of labor refinement and labor objects.Based on Marx’s labor theory of value,labor with different qualities produces different value of agricultural commodities,among which innovative labor and personalized labor can produce high value of agricultural commodities;According to Marx’s theory of rent and in combination with the law of value,it is believed that the difference in the objects of labor form differentiates agricultural commodity prices.Among them,labor drives scarce resources to form high market value,and labor drives differential land rent to form high income.Therefore,labor with different qualities creates different value of agricultural commodities and the difference of labor objects contributes to different agricultural commodity prices.Those are the source of powerful driving force for high-quality agricultural development and common prosperity.We believe that for stepping towards common prosperity,three major questions should be answered in high-quality agricultural development:first,how to form such source of powerful driving force;second,how to retain territorial economic interests;third,how to be reasonable in the distribution of the achievement of high-quality agricultural development.Taking Shandong,Sichuan and Henan Province as examples,this paper uses the input-output table to compare the direct consumption coefficient of agriculture to various sectors of the service industry in these three major agricultural provinces and compares them with the averages of China,the United States,and Japan.It is believed that the low capacity of independent scientific and technological innovation,the lack of management of scarce resources and graded land rent revenue,coupled with the loss of agricultural economic territorial interests to other places hinder the acquisition of high-quality agricultural development energy in large agricultural provinces,and they are not conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy and the realization of common prosperity.Therefore the basic directions are r to start a new journey of government-led high-quality agricultural development,to make great efforts in rationalizing the distribution of graded land rent revenue,and to vigorously promote the development of regional agricultural brands are proposed.The article argues that the choice of breakthrough direction must meet three basic conditions:the initiative of the government,the integration of resources,and the rationality of distribution.And the characteristics of the administrative district brands,such as clear geographical boundaries,clear hierarchy of product quality,clear attribution of brand rights and interests,and clear brand management responsibilities as the three basic conditions for a breakthrough.It is also believed that the construction of administrative district brand is inevitable for the high-quality development of public ownership of land agriculture,it is the only way to make up for the shortage of agricultural production services,and it is the key link in stepping towards common prosperity with the high-quality development of agriculture.Therefore,this paper concludes that the construction of administrative district brand is a breakthrough to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and the realization of common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.
