Quality Management Strategy of Aviation Manufacturing Supply Chain

指出航空制造供应链具有多品种、小批量、供应链冗长等特点,并分析了该供应链存在的主要质量风险,最后提出了以供应链风险分级体系为基础、以策划先行和过程控制为核心、以产品验证与供应链评估为保障的五位一体质量管理策略。

In this paper,we pointed out that the aviation manufacturing supply chain is characterized by great product diversity,small order quantity,and long supply chain,etc.Then,we analyzed the main quality risks existing in the supply chain.Finally,we proposed a fivein-one quality management strategy based on supply chain risk classification system,centered around beforehand planning and process control,and supported by product verification and supply chain evaluation.
