摘要
随着风电装机容量的不断扩大,局部地区风电装机比例过高。由于风电固有的波动性和随机性,需要系统具有更强的灵活性来匹配风电的接入运行,通过储热和电锅炉等灵活资源调节可应对风电和电负荷的波动。为准确分析电热联合系统的灵活性,建立了系统的灵活性供给和需求模型。通过优化调度的结果计算出系统中灵活性供给,再根据净负荷波动性以及不确定性得出系统灵活性需求。从系统灵活性供需平衡的角度建立了上调和下调灵活性裕度评估指标。3种场景下的调度结果验证了所建立指标的合理性和有效性。
With the continuous expansion of wind power installed capacity,the proportion of wind power installed in some areas is too high.Due to the inherent variability and randomness of wind power,the system needs to be more flexible to match the operation of wind power.Through flexible resource adjustment such as heat storage and electric boilers,it can respond to fluctuations in wind power and electrical loads.In order to accurately analyze the flexibility of the combined heat and power system,a flexible supply model and a flexible demand model for the system are established.The flexibility supply in the system is calculated by the result of the optimized scheduling,and then the system flexibility demand is obtained according to the fluctuation of the load and the uncertainty.Furthermore,from the perspective of system flexibility supply and demand balance,the upward and downward flexibility margin evaluation indicators were established.The rationality and effectiveness of the established indicators are verified by setting the scheduling results in three scenarios in this paper.
