摘要
针对300 m以下的±800 kV特高压直流大跨越铁塔所设置中心井架的计算分析、荷载设计研究较少,采用MIDAS Gen对中心井架开展力学性能分析,提取的水平反力施加于跨越塔相应位置,进行跨越塔的力学性能分析,同时开展跨越塔与井架联合分析。结果显示,井架荷载对大跨越铁塔力学性能影响较大,跨越塔与井架整体模型的主材应力比小于单独跨越塔分析模型。由此得出:进行带井架的大跨越铁塔计算分析时,建议先单独进行中心井架分析,将连接位置的水平荷载提取后施加至大跨越铁塔相应位置,再进行跨越塔的力学性能分析。
There is relatively research on the calculation,analysis,and load design of the central mast up for the±800 kV UHV DC large span tower below 300 m.In this paper,MIDAS Gen is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the center derrick.The extracted horizontal reaction force is applied to the corresponding position of the spanning tower to analyze the mechanical properties of the spanning tower.Then,coupling analysis is carried out to analyze the span tower and center derrick.The results show that the load on the mast has a significant impact on the mechanical performance of the large span iron tower,and the stress ratio of the main material between the crossing tower and the overall model of the mast is smaller than that of the single crossing tower model.Therefore,when calculating and analyzing a large spanning tower with a derrick,this paper recommends that the center derrick analysis be performed separately first,then the horizontal load of the connection position is extracted and applied to the corresponding position of the large spanning tower,and then the mechanical properties of the spanning tower are analyzed.
