复方丹参滴丸联合新活素对充血性心力衰竭患者血清学指标及心功能的影响

Effect of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Dropping Pill Combined with Neotin on Serological Indexes and Cardiac Function in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的探究复方丹参滴丸联合新活素对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清学指标及心功能的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年12月本院收治的CHF患者92例,按随机数表法分为两组,各46例。对照组予以新活素治疗,研究组在此基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血清学指标、心功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清B型利钠肽(BNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后心排血量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合新活素治疗CHF可以显著提高临床效果,改善患者血清学指标,提升心肌功能,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill combined with neotin on serological indexes and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).MethodsA total of 92 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with new cytokines,and the study group was treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills on this basis.The clinical efficacy,serological indexes,cardiac function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills combined with neotin in the treatment of CHF can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the patients serological indexes,enhance myocardial function,and has no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
