基于容器技术的刺梨分拣实验平台搭建

摘要 刺梨具有药用和食用价值,含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,但现有的刺梨产业面临着鲜果贮存和加工能力不足的挑战,亟需提高刺梨的分拣加工水平。本文以Docker为容器技术,以OpenDataCam系统为机器视觉和应用展示框架,设计并实现了一套刺梨分拣实验平台。试验结果表明,该平台能够有效地提升刺梨分拣的效率和规模化程度,并为未来水果机器视觉平台的构建提供了借鉴。 Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit has medicinal and edible value,containing various amino acids and trace elements.However,the existing prickly pear industry is facing the challenge of insufficient fresh fruit storage and processing capacity,and it is urgent to improve the sorting and processing level of prickly pear.In this paper,we design and implement a Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit sorting experimental platform based on Docker as the container technology and OpenDataCam system as the machine vision and application demonstration framework.The experimental results show that the platform can effectively improve the efficiency and scalability of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit sorting,and provide a reference for the construction of future fruit machine vision platforms.
