基于松下PLC机房电源监控系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着科学技术的飞速发展,计算机事业也不断发展壮大起来,目前计算机技术已经大范围应用到各行各业,尤其是在广电系统中的应用。机房电源是机房的能源保障,在机房建设中具有举足轻重的地位,在现实工作中机房分布在不同楼层,而管理部门又必须随时了解机房电源的运行情况,在这种条件下对电源的集中监控也就势在必行,本文研究的监控系统主要针对信息机房主电源电压、电流等参数进行监控,确保电力系统的安全稳定运行,系统采用松下PLC作为核心控制器件,对数据进行采集,通过电压变送器和电流变送器,采集主电源的供电情况,应用485通讯协议将数据传输至触摸屏,实现对监控电源的综合管理。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the computer industry is also growing.At present,computer technology has been widely used in all walks of life,especially in the radio and television system.The power supply of the computer room is the energy guarantee of the computer room and plays an important role in the construction of the computer room.In real work,the computer room is distributed on different floors,and the management department must know the operation of the power supply of the computer room at any time.Under this condition,the centralized monitoring of the power supply is imperative.The monitoring system studied in this paper mainly monitors the voltage,current and other parameters of the main power supply of the information computer room,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system,the system uses Panasonic PLC as the core control device to collect data,collect the power supply of the main power supply through the voltage transmitter and current transmitter,and transmit the data to the touch screen using the 485 communication protocol to achieve the comprehensive management of the monitoring power supply.
