Construction and development of regional nosocomial infection information platform

目的:浅析基于基本数据集的区域性医院感染管理信息化平台建设中的经验体会。方法:以山东省医院感染信息化监测平台为例,结合其具体运行过程,分析存在的问题和解决对策。结果:区域性医院感染信息化平台的开发设计已取得了阶段性成果,但仍存在数据提取精确性差、汇聚不畅通、反馈时效性差、缺乏奖惩机制等问题。结论:应建立医院感染监测基本数据集,对数据进行标准化处理,保障基础数据的准确性,并及时反馈,建立奖惩机制,从而持续推进医院感染信息化平台的发展。区域性医院感染信息化管理平台建设是大势所趋,应推动感染监测数据分析应用,为卫生健康行政部门提供决策依据。

Objective To analyze the experience in the construction of a regional nosocomial infection management information platform based on basic data set.Methods Taking Shandong Provincial nosocomial infection information monitoring platform as an example and based on its specific operation process,the existing problems and solutions were analyzed.Results The development and design of the regional nosocomial infection information platform have achieved milestone progress,but there are still some problems such as poor accuracy of data extraction,poor convergence,poor timeliness of feedback,and lack of reward and punishment mechanisms.Conclusion It is necessary to establish the basic data set of nosocomial infection monitoring,conduct standardized data processing,ensure the accuracy of basic data and timely feedback,and establish a reward and punishment mechanism,so as to continuously promote the development of nosocomial infection information platform.It is a general trend to construct a regional nosocomial infection information management platform,and the analysis and application of infection monitoring data should be promoted to provide decision-making basis for health administrative departments.
