区域一体化的医疗机构环境卫生学质量控制专家系统设计与展望

摘要 目的:通过分析医疗机构环境卫生学监测特点,设计适用于区域质控中心对区域内医疗机构开展质量控制的专家系统,确保区域内各级医疗机构环境卫生学监测工作同质化。方法:依据国家发布的标准、规范,整理出监测项目,调研各医疗机构实际情况,追踪从采样到报告全过程,定期评估、干预。结果:构建出基于全过程管理的区域环境卫生学质量控制专家系统,融合标准、规范和专家经验,能够提供准确的计划,定期采集数据,追踪监测全过程,智能评估,提供个性化建议,追踪医疗机构落实情况。结论:解决了质量控制工作开展的难题,促进以信息化、过程化为支撑的质量控制工作新模式的建立。 Objective By analyzing the characteristics of environmental hygiene monitoring in medical institutions,an expert system suitable for regional quality control centers to carry out quality control in medical institutions in the region was designed to ensure the homogeneity of environmental hygiene monitoring in medical institutions at all levels in the region.Methods According to the national standards and norms,the monitoring items were sorted out,the actual situation of each medical institution was investigated,the whole process from sampling to reporting was followed up,and regular evaluation and intervention were carried out.Results The regional environmental hygiene quality control expert system based on whole-process management was developed,which integrates standards,norms,and expert experience.It can provide accurate plans,collect data regularly,track and monitor the whole process,evaluate intelligently,provide personalized suggestions,and track the implementation in medical institutions.Conclusion The application of the system solves the problem of carrying out quality control and promotes the establishment of a new model of quality control supported by informatization and process.
