基于移动支付的出院线上结算系统的设计与应用

Design and application of hospital online discharge settlement system based on mobile payment

目的:解决人工窗口办理出院结算单一模式存在的问题,缩短患者出院结算办理时间,改善患者就医体验。方法:基于移动支付、微信小程序等应用技术,优化出院结算业务流程,通过信息流转完成出院线上结算业务交互,实现出院线上结算模式对自费、医保及公费医疗患者类型的全覆盖。结果:2022年7月出院线上结算系统在我院全院上线,截至2022年9月底,线上结算1 145人次,窗口结算11 807人次。采用Python绘制两种结算模式下结算用时的散点图和概率密度图显示,线上结算的用时相对更集中,平均用时(6.24±9.60)分钟,而窗口结算平均用时为(40.69±21.55)分钟。结论:基于移动支付的出院线上结算模式,大大缩短了患者出院结算的办理时间,丰富了“互联网+医疗健康”便民惠民服务内容。

Objective To solve the problem of single mode of hospital discharge settlement at the traditional manual window,shorten the processing time of patients discharge settlement,and improve patients'experience.Methods Based on application technologies such as mobile payment and WeChat Applet,the discharge settlement process was optimized,and the online discharge settlement business interaction was completed through information flow,so as to achieve the full coverage of the online discharge settlement mode for self-payment,medical insurance and publicly funded medical patients in hospital.Results The online discharge settlement system was launched in our hospital in July 2022.By the end of September 2022,there were 1,145 person-time online settlements and 11,807 person-time window settlements.The scatter plot and probability density plot of settlement time under the two settlement modes were drawn with Python,which showed that the online settlement time was relatively more concentrated,with the average time of(6.24±9.60)minutes,while the average time of window settlement was(40.69±21.55)minutes.Conclusion The online discharge settlement mode based on mobile payment greatly shortens the processing time of patients'discharge settlement and enriches the service content of“Internet+Medical and Healthcare”for the convenience and benefit of the people.
