摘要 目的:借助微信公众平台建设基于采样二维码的核酸检测信息采集系统,实现定期大规模医院教职员工核酸检测的预约分流、快速采样及数据管理统计的目标。方法:根据新型冠状病毒感染防控的政策要求,分析医院教职员工核酸检测现状与痛点,设计部署核酸检测信息采集系统,结合微信公众号及小程序推广使用。结果:在不占用门诊号源基础上,实现核酸检测预约、通知、采样、查询、统计、上报全流程优化,为教职员工提供良好体验。结论:信息系统的应用,优化了核酸检测流程,提高了核酸采样效率,改善了教职员工体验,实现结果区域共享,为疫情精准防控提供及时、准确的数据。 Objective To build a nucleic acid testing information collection system based on sampling QR code with the help of the WeChat public platform,and to achieve the goals of appointment triage,rapid sampling,and statistic management for regular large-scale nucleic acid testing of hospital staff.Methods According to the policy requirements of COVID-19 prevention and control,the current situation and pain points of nucleic acid testing for hospital staff were analyzed,and the information collection system of nucleic acid testing was designed,which was promoted and applied in combination with WeChat public accounts and applets.Results The whole process of nucleic acid testing including reservation,notification,sampling,inquiry,statistics and reporting was optimized without the occupation of outpatient services,which provides good experience for hospital staff.Conclusion The application of the information system optimizes the nucleic acid testing process,improves the efficiency of its sampling and the experience of hospital staff,realizes regional sharing of results,and provides timely and accurate data for precise COVID-19 prevention and control.
