摘要
《伤寒意珠篇》是韩来鹤撰写的一部《伤寒论》注释发挥类著作,汇集了韩氏数年研究伤寒的心得体会。经考证,韩来鹤是明末清初人,此书成书于1683年,晚于《中国中医古籍总目》记载的1643年。《伤寒意珠篇》的学术特点及学术价值主要体现在以手经主出、足经主入的观点解释“伤寒传足不传手”论,首提“伤暑传手不传足”,并以汗、吐、和、下、温、凉、补七法重新分类编排伤寒113方,以法统方,以症为纲,实现症、法、方的有机统一。韩氏独特理论的提出丰富了伤寒学的内容,促进了伤寒的学术争鸣,为中医八法的形成奠定了基础。其治疗伤寒诸证的经验,对临床有重要的参考和借鉴意义。
Shang Han Yi Zhu Pian is an explanation and development work of Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by Han Laihe,which brings together Han Laihe s experience in researching Shanghan for several years.According to textual research,Han Laihe was a native of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.This book was written in 1683,later than 1643 recorded in the General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books.The academic Characteristics and value of Shang Han Yi Zhu Pian are mainly reflected in the explanation of the theory of"Shanghan spreads the foot meridian,but not the hand meridian"from the viewpoint of hand meridian take charge of import and foot meridian take charge of export,first mention of"Shangshu spreads the hand meridian,but not the foot meridian",and reclassified 113 prescriptions for Shanghan with seven methods which include diaphoresis,emesis method,harmonizing method,purgative method,warming method,colding method,tonifying method,Taking the treatment method to unify the prescriptions,the symptom as the key link,to realize the organic unity of the symptom,treatment method and prescriptions.Its unique theory has enriched the content of Shanghan studies and promoted the academic debate on Shanghan,and laid the foundation for the formation of the eight methods of traditional Chinese medicine.His experience in treating various syndromes of Shanghan has important clinical reference significance.
