三维机织间隔织物复合板材结构对其低速冲击性能的影响

摘要 采用工业涤纶长丝为原料织造了三维机织间隔织物和普通平纹织物,经过泡沫填充、树脂复合等处理,制成了中空结构复合板材、间隔织物结构复合板材和层合结构复合板材。对这三种不同结构复合板材的冲击性能和冲击后侧压性能进行测试,并计算侧压强度损失率。结果表明:接结纱的应用可以有效地抑制冲击产生的能量释放,聚氨酯泡沫能减少冲击破坏,所以聚氨酯泡沫填充的间隔织物复合板材具有较好的整体性能和抗冲击性能。 Industrial polyester filament yarn is selected as raw material to weave three-dimensional woven spacer fabric and ordinary plain fabric,after foam filling,resin composite and other treatments,hollow structure composite panel,spacer fabric structure composite plate and laminated structure composite plate are made.The impact performance and post-impact side compression performance of these three different structural composite panels were tested,and the side compressive strength loss rate was calculated.The test results showed that the application of linking yarn can effectively inhibit the energy release generated by impact,and polyurethane foam can reduce impact damage,so the spacer fabric composite panel filled with polyurethane foam has better overall performance and impact resistance.
