摘要
XX煤矿XX巷道埋深在680m左右,巷道穿过软弱破碎岩层,属于较为典型的深部软岩巷道。在将巷道掘进之后,巷道整体的变形量较大,巷道正常功能已经丧失,为了全面了解巷道出现的变形情况,本次在进行现场勘察的基础上,对巷道围岩开展了松动圈范围探测、围岩物理力学试验、巷道地应力测试等,结合巷道返修支护需求,秉持“先抗后让再抗”的返修支护理念,针对性提出了巷道返修支护方案,从返修情况来看,整体取得了较好的返修支护效果。
The buried depth of xx roadway in xx coal mine is about 680m,and the roadway passes through weak and fractured rock layers,be-longing to a typical deep soft rock roadway.After the roadway is excavated,the overall deformation of the roadway is large,and the normal function of the roadway has been lost.In order to fully understand the deformation of the roadway,based on the field survey,the loose zone range detection,phys-ical and mechanical test of surrounding rock,and crustal stress test of the roadway were carried out for the surrounding rock of the roadway.In combi-nation with the needs of roadway repair support,the repair support concept of“resistance first,yield second,resistance second”was adhered to,and a targeted plan for roadway repair support was proposed.From the perspective of the repair situation,the overall repair support effect was achieved.
