摘要
文章以三聚氰胺海绵作为载体,采用聚乙烯亚胺和十二胺对其胺基改性,成功制备了胺基改性海绵。胺基改性海绵对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大理论吸附量为177.38mg/g,吸附可在90min内达到平衡,其吸附等温和动力学曲线分别符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学模型,溶液pH为4时,吸附性能最佳。胺基改性海绵具有优异的再生性能和脱附效率,在多次重复使用后,吸附效果没有明显变化。因此,该材料在重金属处理领域具有极大的应用前景。
In this paper,melamine sponge was used as a carrier to modify its amine group by polyethyleneimine and dodecamine,and an amine-modified sponge was successfully prepared.The adsorption capacity of Cr(VI)by amine-modified sponge was 177.38 mg/g,and the adsorption could reach equilibrium within 90 min,and the adsorption isothermal kinetic curves conformed to the Langmuir model and quasi-secondary kinetic model,respectively,and the adsorption performance was best when the solution pH was 4.0.The amino-modified sponge has excellent regeneration performance and desorption efficiency,and the adsorption effect does not change significantly after repeated use.Therefore,the material has great ap-plication prospects in the field of heavy metal treatment.
