不同工艺条件对打叶质量及经济指标的影响

Effects of Different Technological Conditions on Threshing Quality and Economic Index

为掌握叶片结构控制的方法,本试验开展了切断方式、大片回打工艺、框栏组合3种工艺条件对打叶质量及经济指标的影响研究,结果表明:(1)切断打叶能提升润叶含水率的稳定性和叶片结构的均匀性,切断方式对叶片结构、叶中含梗率及经济指标无明显影响;(2)大片回打工艺对叶片结构“降大、提中”具有明显促进作用,同时能提升叶片结构的均匀性,对叶中含梗率无明显影响,对经济指标影响甚微;(3)框栏组合对叶片结构、叶中含梗率、经济指标均有明显影响,六边形框栏数量增加对叶片结构和叶中含梗率改善作用明显,但不利于改善经济指标,因此框栏组合方式要兼顾质量指标和经济指标平衡。综合安徽中烟细支卷烟原料需求,采用2刀3段切断方式和大片回打工艺,打叶框采用六边形框栏和菱形框栏相结合,其中六边形框栏数5~6组为宜。

To master the methods of leaf structure control,the effects of three process conditions,namely cutting method,large-scale back-beating process,and combination of frame and fence,were carried out on the quality and economic indicators of threshing.The results show that:①Cutting and threshing can improve the moisture content of leaves.Stability and uniformity of blade structure,the cutting method has no obvious effect on blade structure,stalk content in leaves and economic indicators;②The large-scale back-beating process has a significant effect on the"lowering and raising"of the blade structure,and can improve the blade at the same time.The uniformity of structure has no obvious effect on the rate of stalks in leaves,and has little effect on economic indicators;③The combination of frame and fence has obvious effects on leaf structure,stalk rate in leaves,and economic indicators.The increase in the number of hexagonal frames The improvement of leaf structure and stalk rate in leaves is obvious,but it is not conducive to economic indicators.Therefore,the combination of frame and fence should take into account the balance of quality indicators and economic indicators.Based on the raw material demand of Anhui China Tobacco′s thin cigarettes,the cutting method adopts 2 knives and 3 stages,and the large-scale back-beating process is used.The threshing from adopts a combination of hexagonal and rhornbus frame,among which the hexagonal frames should be 5-6 groups.
