摘要
骨质疏松症作为老年疾病中的一种代谢性疾病,对它的研究一直被认为是重点和难点,因此如何延缓骨质疏松症的进展成为最主要的问题。骨源性外泌体microRNAs作为骨科疾病的关键调节因子,其表达的变化对延缓骨质疏松症的进展具有调节作用。microRNAs通过调节相关因子的表达可延缓骨质疏松症的发生及进展。该文就骨源性外泌体microRNAs与骨质疏松症的相关性进行综述,以期为骨源性外泌体microRNAs在治疗骨质疏松症方面提供一些新的治疗思路。
Osteoporosis as a metabolic disease among the diseases of the elderly has always been regarded as a key and difficult point to study.How to delay the progression of osteoporosis has become the most important issue.MicroRNAs are key regulators of orthopedic diseases.The changes in their expression have a regulatory effect on delaying the progression of osteoporosis.Bone-derived exosomal microRNAs may delay the occurrence and progression of osteoporosis by regulating the expression of related factors.This article reviews the correlation between bone-derived exosomal microRNAs and osteoporosis,in order to provide some new therapeutic ideas for bone-derived exosomal microRNAs in the treatment of osteoporosis.
