摘要
现有的避雷器监测方法受到电磁干扰影响,导致监测效果不佳。为了解决该问题,设计了线路避雷器运行状态实时监测系统。设计现场采集硬件结构,通过RS485总线传输数据。使用MAX706监控电路设计看门狗,防止程序因溢出中断而引发误复位。根据计算的母线电压,获取避雷器总泄露电流。通过容性电流补偿机制,设计实时监测流程。分析MOA相间干扰情况,考虑移相方法,达到控制移相角的目的,避免系统受到电磁干扰影响,由此完成线路避雷器运行状态实时监测。由实验结果可知,该系统报警区域划分结果与实际报警电流范围一致,均为5.0~25.0 mA、30.0~50.0 mA,具有精准的实时监测效果。
The existing lightning arrester monitoring method used is affected by electromagnetic interf⁃erence,resulting in poor monitoring effect.In order to solve this problem,the design of a real⁃time monitoring system for the operation status of line lightning arrester was proposed.Design the hardware structure of field acquisition and transmit data through RS485 bus.Use MAX706 monitor circuit to design watchdog to prevent program reset due to overflow interrupt.According to the calculated bus voltage,the total leakage current of the arrester is obtained.The real⁃time monitoring flow is designed by capacitive current compensation mechanism.MOA phase interference is analyzed,phase shift method is considered,the purpose of phase shift angle is controlled,electromagnetic interference is avoided,and real⁃time monitoring of line lightning arrester operation status is completed.According to the experimental results,the division result of the alarm area of the system is consistent with the actual alarm current range,which is 5.0~25.0 mA and 30.0~50.0 mA,with accurate real⁃time monitoring effect.
