联苯肼脂化学合成工艺与危险废弃物安全处置措施

摘要 以4-羟基联苯、氯甲酸异丙酯、亚硝酸钠、硫酸二甲酯、硝酸、盐酸等为原料,采用五步反应生产杀螨剂联苯肼酯,研究了生产工艺中硝化、烷基化、加氢还原、重氮化及重氮盐还原、酰化具体指标及工艺控制要点,为联苯肼酯安全生产奠定重要基础;生产过程产生废催化剂、废活性炭等固体废物,反应过程中反应产生主要成分为甲苯、硝酸(HNO3)、甲醇、氯化氢(HCl)、氨气、挥发性有机物(VOCs)等废气和废水主要污染物为化学需氧量(COD)、5 d生化需氧量(BOD5)、悬浮物含量(SS)、总氮、氨氮、甲苯、氯化物及水中总固体溶解量(TDS)等废弃物,提出了安全处置措施或解决办法。 Using 4-hydroxybiphenyl,isopropyl chloroformate,sodium nitrite,dimethyl sulfate,nitric acid and hy⁃drochloric acid as raw materials,the acaricide biphenyl hydrazine ester was produced by five-step reaction.The spe⁃cific indexes and process control points of nitrification,alkylation,hydroreduction,diazotization,diazosalt reduction and acylation in the production process were studied,which laid an important foundation for the safe production of biphenyl hydrazine ester.The production process produces solid waste such as waste catalyst and waste activated carbon,and the main components of waste gas and waste water produced in the reaction process are toluene,HNO3,methanol,HCl,ammonia,VOCs and other main pollutants are COD,BOD5,SS,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,tol⁃uene,chloride and TDS.The safe disposal measures or solutions are put forward.
