大厚度碳纤维复合材料C型梁制造工艺创新比较 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比手工铺贴与自动铺丝2种方法在制造大厚度碳纤维复合材料C型梁时不同的效果,研究不同工艺方法对产品质量的影响和内部质量控制关键因素。大厚度C型梁由于铺贴工艺方法的改变,对产品内部质量产生不同影响。为了获得高质量大厚度碳纤维航空复合材料制件,在飞机新材料应用和设计上有意义,收集了同一产品20次制造的产品存在的纤维皱褶/屈曲和无损质量情况,对C型梁产品产生的内部质量问题,针对单一变量进行对比试验分析讨论。结果表明:由于手工铺贴与自动铺丝对材料压实方法和缺陷表现不同,应在采取不同工艺方法时,针对性地调整层间压实、预压实参数、压力垫方案,解决大厚度C型梁内部质量控制难的问题。 This article compares the different effects of manual and automatic wire laying methods in manufactur⁃ing thick carbon fiber composite C-shaped beams,and studies the impact of different process methods on product quality and key internal quality control factors.Due to changes in the laying process of thick C-shaped composite beams,the internal quality of the product is affected differently.In order to obtain high-quality and thick carbon fi⁃ber aviation composite components,it is of great significance in the application and design of new aircraft materials.This article collects the fiber wrinkling/buckling and non-destructive quality of products manufactured 20 times for the same product,analyzes the internal quality issues generated by C-shaped composite beams products,and de⁃signs experiments to compare and discuss the analysis of a single variable.The experimental results indicate that due to the differences in material compaction methods and defects between manual and automatic wire laying,tar⁃geted adjustments should be made to interlayer compaction,pre compaction parameters,and pressure pad schemes when adopting different process methods to solve the problem of difficult internal quality control of thick C-shaped composite beams.
