反应型耐根穿刺防水涂料用化学阻根剂的合成研究

摘要 以乳酸乙酯为原料,经磺化反应、醚化反应后,再与小分子多元醇进行酯交换得到保留羟基的2-(4-氯-2-甲基苯氧)丙酸酯类化合物,该类化合物可与聚氨酯防水涂料体系中的异氰酸酯反应,以包括封端或扩链作用的形式将具有阻根效果的活性单元苯氧基丙酸酯引入涂料中,成为真正意义上的反应型耐根穿刺防水涂料阻根剂。 With ethyl lactate as the raw material,after sulfonation and etherification reactions,it has ester interchange with small molecule polyols to obtain 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propionate compounds with hydroxyl reservation reserved.These compounds can react with isocyanates in polyurethane waterproofing coating system,and introduce the active element phenoxy propionate with root resisting effect into the coating in the forms of end capping or chain extension,and a truly reactive root inhibitor for root resistant waterproofing coating is obtained.
