新型超支化改性氟硅聚氨酯防水涂料制备及性能研究

摘要 本研究将一系列超支化聚缩水甘油醚(HPG)合成得到水性超支化氟硅聚氨酯,加入HPG接枝的氧化石墨烯制备有机-纳米杂化防水涂料(HGX),并对其性能进行了测试。研究表明,加入高支化代数和高主链分子量的HPG改性的氧化石墨烯后,HGX涂层的疏水性、防水性能以及防污性能显著提高,可以作为高效、环保的海洋防水防护涂料。 In this study,a series of hyperbranched polyglycidyl ethers(HPG)are synthesized to obtain waterborne hyperbranched fluorosilicone polyurethane.By adding graphite oxide grafted with HPG,organic nano hybrid waterproofing coating(HGX)is prepared,and its properties are tested.The research shows that the hydrophobic,waterproofing and antifouling properties of the HGX coating are significantly improved after the addition of HPG modified graphite oxide of high branched algebra and main chain molecular weight,which can be used as an efficient and environmentally friendly marine waterproofing protective coating.
