摘要
以无机防水材料GS、络合剂ES、无机防水材料TS以及无机硅助剂HS等为主要原料制备了水泥基渗透结晶防水剂,通过响应面法对上述原料的掺量进行优化,得到水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂抗渗性能和自愈性能最佳时各原料的配合比。京张高铁东花园隧道富水区域的衬砌采用了添加该水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂的C40钢筋混凝土,现场试验和工程实践都表明该水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂具有良好的抗渗性能和自愈性能。
A cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing agent is prepared using inorganic waterproofing material GS,complexing agent ES,inorganic waterproofing material TS and inorganic silicon assistant HS as the main raw materials.The dosage of above raw materials is optimized through response surface methodology to obtain the optimal mix ratio of each raw material for the optimal impermeability and self-healing performance of the cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing agent.The lining of the rich water area of the East Garden Tunnel of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway adopts C40 reinforced concrete with the addition of this waterproofing agent.Field tests and engineering practices have shown that this cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing agent has good impermeability and self-healing performance.
