摘要
为同时实现注浆堵水和加固效果,以钠基膨润土和硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,制备了柔性钠基膨润土-水泥灌浆材料,通过试验得出了该灌浆材料的最佳配比;在上述灌浆材料中添加水玻璃可以调节凝胶时间,通过试验得出添加水玻璃的灌浆材料的最佳配比。前者适用于轨道交通等的变形缝及对强度要求不高的防渗漏工程,后者适用于需要较快止水且需要一定强度的渗漏部位的治理。
In order to achieve both water blocking and reinforcement effects by grouting,a flexible sodium based bentonite cement grouting material is prepared with sodium bentonite and portland cement as the main raw materials,and the optimal formulation ratio of the grouting material is determined through experiments;adding water glass to the above grouting materials can adjust the gel time,and the best proportion of grouting materials with water glass is obtained through experiments.The former is suitable for deformation joints of rail transit and other anti-leakage projects with low strength requirements;while the latter is suitable for the treatment of leakage areas that require quick water sealing and a certain strength.
