隧道新型反粘式防水板性能试验及其工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 隧道施工时,常规防水板与隧道二次衬砌混凝土面很难做到紧密粘贴,背后容易产生空鼓,引起水的聚集和渗漏。引入一种新型反粘式防水板,进行抗剥离、反复粘接-剥离等性能测试分析,并研究其铺挂和焊接方式,结果表明:新型反粘式防水板可与隧道二次衬砌混凝土紧密粘贴,有效避免出现窜水。除了反粘式防水板施工工艺,本文还介绍了隧道边墙混凝土分层逐窗浇筑以及拱顶带模注浆等相关施工工艺,在确保隧道二次衬砌混凝土质量的同时,使反粘式防水板与隧道二次衬砌混凝土迎水面形成“皮肤式”粘连,确保防水效果。 During tunnel construction,it is difficult to achieve tight adhesion between conventional waterproofing boards and the secondary lining concrete surface of the tunnel,which will easily cause hollowing at the back,water accumulation and leakage.A new type of reverse adhering waterproofing board is introduced for performance testing and analysis,such as anti-peeling,repeated bonding and peeling etc.,and its paving and welding methods are studied as well.The results show that the new type of reverse adhering waterproofing board can be tightly adhered to the secondary lining concrete of the tunnel,effectively avoiding water channeling.In addition to the construction process of the reverse adhering waterproofing board,this article also introduces layer by layer and window by window concrete pouring for tunnel side walls,grouting with mold for the tunnel arch,and other relevant construction technology to ensure the quality of the secondary lining concrete of the tunnel,and make the reverse adhering waterproofing board forms a“skin-like”adhesion with the water facing surface of the secondary lining concrete of the tunnel to guarantee the waterproofing effect.
