摘要
为指导二阶环氧树脂防水粘结层材料在钢桥面铺装中的施工,对该材料的力学性能、防水性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:国产二阶环氧树脂粘结层材料的力学性能、粘结性能均优于进口产品,同时防水性能较强;环境温度在40~50℃的高温条件下,该材料可在4~5 h内指干;养护时间在12~24 h内,可以达到最佳粘结效果。
In order to guide the application of second-order epoxy resin waterproofing bonding layer materials in steel bridge deck pavement,the mechanical and waterproofing properties of domestic second-order waterproofing bonding layer materials are analyzed and studies.The results show that the mechanical and bonding properties of domestic second-order epoxy resin bonding layer materials are superior to imported products,and the waterproofing performance is strong;under high temperature conditions ranging from 40℃to 50℃,the material can solidify(test with finger)within 4~5 h;the best bonding effect can be achieved within a curing time of 12~24 h.
