摘要
锰锌铁氧体的烧结需要在450℃之前将磁芯中的水分和黏结剂充分排出,否则将直接影响磁芯成品的品质。结合常用氮窑循环区结构,比较了两种不同排胶结构的工作原理及特点,分析了其窑腔内的温度分布、热量传递等特点以及对坯件的排胶的影响,提出了循环区改进思路,为氮窑的排胶工艺提供改进建议。
The sintering of Mn-Zn ferrite needs to fully discharge the moisture and adhesive in the magnetic core before 450 ℃,otherwise it will directly affect the quality of the finished magnetic core.Combined with the circulation zone structure of common nitrogen kiln,the working principles and characteristics of two different rubber discharge structures are compared,the characteristics of temperature distribution and heat transfer in the kiln cavity and their influence on the rubber discharge of blank are analyzed,and the improvement idea of circulation zone is put forward,which provides improvement suggestions for the rubber discharge process of nitrogen kiln.
