回转窑处理含锌尘泥技术现状及改进方向

摘要 通过对入窑原料粒度、回转窑结圈、回转窑焙烧制度、环境保护措施等影响回转窑生产运行的关键因素进行了分析和研究,提出通过调整入窑原料的粒度、加强配料管理、合理控制窑内温度、完善环保设施等手段,能够改进现有回转窑生产线存在的难题,促进回转窑处理钢铁企业含锌尘泥技术的推广和应用,助力钢铁行业技术提升与绿色发展。 The key factors affecting the production and operation of rotary kiln,such as the particle size of raw materials entering the kiln,the ring formation of rotary kiln,the roasting system of rotary kiln and environmental protection measures are analyzed and studied.It points out that the problems existing in the production line of rotary kiln can be improved by adjusting the particle size of raw materials entering the kiln,strengthening the management of batching,rationally controlling the temperature in the kiln and improving the environmental protection facilities.This will promote the popularization and application of the treatment technology of zinc-bearing dust and mud in iron and steel enterprises by rotary kiln,and help the technology upgrading and green development of the steel industry.
