摘要
碳纳米管作为一维纳米材料,因其高导电性可作为锂电池导电剂使用,对实现电池快充及容量增加均有优良效果,应用愈为广泛。然而,锂电池要求导电浆料尽量无磁性及金属离子,因金属离子过量会造成电池短路。针对碳纳米管中残留杂质的纯化方法及存在的不足,比较分析周期性真空炉与连续高温真空炉在碳纳米管纯化上的特点,研究提出连续高温真空炉可适用碳纳米管的大产量纯化。
As one-dimensional nanomaterial,Carbon nanotubes can be used as conductive agent for lithium batteries because of their high conductivity.However,lithium-ion batteries require conductive pastes to be as non-magnetic and free of metal ions,which can cause short circuits.In view of the methods and shortcomings of purification of residual impurities in carbon nanotubes,the characteristics of purification of carbon nanotubes in periodic vacuum furnace and continuous high temperature vacuum furnace were compared and analyzed,it is suggested that the continuous high temperature vacuum furnace is suitable for the purification of carbon nanotubes.
