机械锤击式铝基WC涂层制备方法及其参数影响规律研究

摘要 以6061铝合金为研究对象,探究用音圈电机驱动机械锤击方式制备铝基WC涂层的可行性,研究锤击参数及WC颗粒粒径对涂层制备的影响规律。结果表明:WC颗粒粒径对涂层制备影响极大,用15~20、45~50μmWC颗粒能有效的在6061铝合金上锤击得到WC涂层,2~4μmWC颗粒难以通过机械锤击方式得到相对致密的WC涂层,WC涂层覆盖率随锤击力增大先降后升,粗糙度随锤击力增大先升后降,与覆盖率呈负相关。15~20、45~50μmWC颗粒的机械锤击式铝基WC涂层覆盖率无明显差别,15~20μmWC涂层粗糙度明显低于45~50μmWC涂层。机械锤击式WC涂层是一种新颖、可控的涂层加工工艺。 The feasibility of preparing aluminum-based WC coating by mechanical hammering driven by a voice coil motor was investigated on 6061 aluminum alloy.The effects of parameters of mechanical hammering and WC particle size on the preparation of the coating were investigated.The results show that the WC particle size significantly influences the preparation of the coating.WC coating can be effectively prepared on 6061 aluminum alloy by mechanical hammering with WC particles with sized of 15-20 μm and 45-50 μm WC particles.It is difficult to obtain a relatively dense WC coating by mechanical hammering with WC particles with the size of 2-4 μm.The coverage fraction of WC coatings decreases first and then increases with the increase of hammering force.The roughness of WC coating increases first and then decreases with the increasing hammering force,which negatively correlates with the coverage ratio.There is no significant difference on the coverage rate of WC coatings prepared by mechanical hammering with 15-20 μm and 45-50 μm WC particles.The roughness of the WC coatings with size of15-20 μm is significantly lower than that with size of 45-50 μm.The experiment proves that WC coating prepared by mechanical hammering is a novel and controllable process of preparing coating.
