切削参数对高速铣削Stellite6合金切削力的影响

摘要 通过正交试验对Stellite6合金进行高速铣削加工,用极差、方差分析研究切削速度、轴向切深、径向切深和每齿进给量对切削力的影响。结果表明:在研究范围内,铣削参数对切削力的影响显著性由大到小为每齿进给量、轴向切深、径向切深、切削速度;以切削力最小为目标的最优切削参数组合为vc=100 m/min,fz=0.08 mm/z,ap=0.4 mm,ae=18 mm。 Highspeed milling experiments of Stellite 6 alloy was conducted by orthogonal experimental method.The effects of cutting speed,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth and feed per tooth on cutting force were studied by range analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the influence of milling parameters on the cutting force orders as follows:Feed per tooth,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth,cutting speed.The optimal cutting parameter for minimizing cutting force is vc=100 m/min,fz=0.08 mm/z,ap=0.4 mm and ae=18 mm.
