基于金属磁记忆技术的焊接缺陷检测研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 焊接接头经常是钢材的复合受力处,焊接接头存在缺陷会严重影响焊接结构的安全性能,磁记忆检测技术能够对焊接缺陷进行定位,因而被广泛关注,但传统的零点极值理论判断依据在实际检测中会造成缺陷定位误判和漏判,为此,为了准确定位焊接缺陷并挖掘出缺陷种类,对焊接缺陷的磁记忆检测特征、检测机理、检测影响因素和检测消噪进行了深入的研究。本文归纳总结了磁记忆焊接缺陷检测机理、影响因素、信号特征参数及磁记忆信号降噪研究进展,梳理了目前存在的问题,同时为信号的特征参数选取指明方向。 Welded joints are often the composite stress-bearing parts of steel.Defects in welded joints will seriously affect the safety performance of welded structures.Magnetic memory testing technology can locate welding defects,and thereby has been widely concerned.However,the traditional zero-point extreme value theory judgment basis will lead to misjudgment and omission of defect location in actual testing.Therefore,in order to accurately locate welding defects and dig out the types of defects,The characteristics of magnetic memory,the mechanism of magnetic memory testing,the influencing factors of magnetic memory testing and the noise elimination of magnetic memory testing for welding defects are deeply studied.On the basis of summarizing the mechanism research,influencing factors,signal characteristic parameters and the research progress of magnetic memory signal noise reduction,this paper sorts out the existing problems,and points out the direction for the selection of signal characteristic parameters.
