With the deep development of the medical service industry in our country,the difficulty of hospital personnel archives management has increased,and it is urgent to conduct digitalized management of personnel archives.The digitalized management of personnel archives is highly efficient and accurate,which can help effectively the hospitals to improve their work efficiency.Based on the analysis on the current situation of personnel archives management in hospitals,this paper expounds the necessity of digitalized management of personnel archives in hospitals,puts forward the direction and suggestions for hospitals to improve the digitalized management of personnel archives,and provides reference for hospitals to achieve the efficient digitalized management of personnel archives.
