高校学籍管理信息化平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Informatization Platform of University Student Status Management

每年大量学生的涌入使得高校学籍管理工作肩负重担,如何提升高校学籍管理工作效率,降低高校学籍管理工作错误率以及提高高校学籍管理工作的安全性已成为亟待解决的问题。基于此,文章利用ASP以及SQLServer的B/S三层架构模式,以ASP为编程工具、SQLServer为数据库工具,从高校学籍管理信息化平台的实际设计需求出发,构建高校学生学籍管理信息化平台的总体三层架构设计模型,并对高校学生学籍管理信息化平台的总体流程图、功能模块以及后台数据库进行分析与设计,通过以数据库与客户端用户登录界面的实现编码编写为例,进而为其它功能模块的实现提供编码编写思路,最后简要概括高校学生学籍管理信息化平台的功能实现特点。一方面满足客户端用户日常与非日常的管理与操作需求;另一方面提高高校学籍管理工作效率以及安全性,降低工作过程中的错误发生率。

The influx of a large number of students every year makes the university register management shoulder the burden,how to improve the university register management work efficiency,reduce the university register management work error rate and improve the university register management security has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper uses the B/S three-layer architecture mode of ASP and SQL Server,takes ASP as the programming tool and SQL Server as the database tool,and starts from the actual design requirements of the college student status management informatization platform,builds the overall three-layer architecture design mode of the college student status management informatization platform.And the overall flow chart,function modules and background database of the university student status management informatization platform were analyzed and designed,through the database and client user login interface coding as an example,and then for the realization of other functional modules to provide coding ideas,finally summarized briefly the university student status management informatization platform functional realization characteristics.On the one hand,it can meet the daily and non-daily management and operation needs of the client users;On the other hand,it can improve the efficiency and security of the university student status management,and reduce the incidence of errors in the working process.
