摘要
由于机构的特殊性,在医院工作中产生的档案种类繁多,数量大,使档案管理人员面临较大的管理工作压力。新时代下,信息技术的出现为医院的档案建设与管理工作提供新的发展契机。为此,文章就加强医院电子信息档案建设与管理的意义、目前存在的问题以及对加强医院电子信息档案建设与管理的原则和措施进行了分析,希望对医院档案管理工作效率有所帮助。
Due to the particularity of institution,the archives produced in the work are various and large in the hospital,which makes the archives management personnel face the greater management work pressure.In the new era,the emergence of information technology provides a new development opportunity for the construction and management of hospital archives.Therefore,the article analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction and management of hospital electronic information archives,the existing problems,and the principles and measures for strengthening the construction and management of hospital electronic information archives,hoping to help the efficiency of hospital archives management.
