Professor Yang Jiebin’s Experience of Distinctive Moxibustion

本文通过归纳整理川派针灸名家杨介宾教授运用其特色灸法的学术思想,分析其辨证施灸的理论依据。杨介宾教授善于运用贴棉灸法、药锭灸法、药线灸法、热熨灸法、点按灸法和拍打灸法等治疗临床杂病,“内、外、妇、儿”均可用之,其指出在施用灸术时,要以辨证论治为前提,由证选方取穴,从而施术。根据患者病情虚实,以及病情进展程度,随时调整组方配伍及药量,并且灵活控制施术时间,以达补虚泻实,阴平阳秘。此特色灸法既有通调气血、温散寒邪、消瘀散结等功效,又有经济简便、易于操作等特点,因此对临床具有一定的指导意义。

We summarized the academic thoughts of Professor Yang Jibin,a famous acupuncture and moxibustion expert of Sichuan School,on the application of his characteristic moxibustion method and analyzed the theoretical basis of Moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation.Professor Yang Jiebin is good at applying cotton patch moxibustion,medicine ingot moxibustion,medicine thread moxibustion,hot ironing moxibustion,point-press moxibustion and patting moxibustion to treat clinical miscellaneous diseases,which can be used in internal diseases,surgical diseases,Gynecology diseases and Pediatrics diseases.He pointed out that when applying moxibustion,we should take syndrome differentiation and treatment as the premise,and select prescriptions and acupoints according to the syndrome,so as to perform the operation.And according to the patient's condition,as well as the degree of disease progression,the combination of prescription and dosage should be adjusted at any time,and the operation time should be controlled flexibly,so as to supplement the deficiency and relieve the excess,and achieve the balance of Yin and Yang.This special moxibustion method not only has the effects of regulating qi and blood,warming and dispersing cold evil,remove blood stasis and disperse knots,but also has the characteristics of economical,simple and easy to operate,so it has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
