中药熏洗联合情志护理应用于手足口病患儿的效果观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with emotional nursing on children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨中药熏洗联合情志护理应用于手足口病患儿的效果观察。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月住院的手足口病患儿200例作为研究对象,按组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予常规诊疗及护理,观察组在常规诊疗及护理基础上实施中药熏洗联合情志护理。对比两组患儿体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间、住院时间、治疗依从性、住院满意率、回访满意率。结果干预后观察组效果优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿及家长依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长住院满意率和出院后回访满意率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿在常规诊疗及护理基础上实施中药熏洗联合情志护理,可提高其治疗依从性,促进患儿尽早恢复正常体温,皮疹尽早消退,缩短住院时间,提高患儿家长住院满意率。

Objective To explore the effect observation traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with emotional nursing on children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods To select 200 hospitalized children with hand,foot and mouth disease from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of balanced and comparable basic characteristics between groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine diagnosis,treatment,and care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with emotional care on the basis of routine diagnosis,treatment,and care to compare the time for temperature recovery,rash resolution,hospital stay,treatment compliance,hospital satisfaction rate,and follow-up satisfaction rate between the two groups of children.Results After intervention,the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of children and parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for temperature recovery,rash resolution,and average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group with hospitalization and follow-up after discharge was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with emotional care on the basis of routine diagnosis,treatment,and nursing for children with hand,foot and mouth disease can improve their treatment compliance,promote the early recovery of normal body temperature,the early resolution of rash,shorten hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction rate of parents with hospitalization.
