基于六经辨证的热敏灸联合穴位敷贴在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on six meridian differentiation in lumbar disc herniation patients

目的观察基于六经辨证的热敏灸联合穴位敷贴在腰椎间盘突出(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者中的护理效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月医院治疗的LDH患者80例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用基于六经辨证的热敏灸联合穴位敷贴,对照组采用常规热敏灸联合穴位敷贴,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组干预前后腰椎疼痛、腰椎功能及临床疗效。结果干预前,两组疼痛、腰椎功能评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组腰椎功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于六经辨证的热敏灸联合穴位敷贴治疗,能够改善LDH患者腰椎疼痛及功能障碍,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on six meridian differentiation in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients.Methods To select 80 LDH patients treated in hospitals from February 2021 to February 2022 as the research subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on the differentiation of six meridians,while the control group was treated with routine heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application.The treatment lasted for 7 days and lasted for 2 consecutive courses to compare the lumbar pain,lumbar function,and clinical efficacy of two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of lumbar pain and lumbar function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the lumbar function score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on the differentiation of six meridians can improve lumbar pain and dysfunction in LDH patients,and enhance clinical efficacy.
