基层信访工作是在油田企业中保持党与群众之间联系的桥梁,随着经济的发展,传统的油田的发展方式已经越来越不能与目前的经济环境相匹配,为了使油田企业能够更好地进行改革,油田都已经开始进行重组,并且随着科技的飞速发展,技术也在持续地创新,这种改变使得油田企业内部的矛盾逐渐凸显,给基层信访工作造成了很大的难度。文章着重论述了对于油田基层信访稳定机制建设的重要性,以及影响信访工作成功进行的几个主要因素,并对怎样做好信访工作作了简要论述,旨在提出合理化建议。

Grassroots petition work is a bridge between the Party and the masses in oilfield enterprises.With the development of the economy,the traditional development methods of oilfields have become increasingly unable to match the current economic environment.In order to enable oilfield enterprises to better carry out reform,oil fields have begun to restructure,and with the rapid development of science and technology,technology is also continuously innovating.This change has gradually highlighted the contradictions within oilfield enterprises,which has caused great difficulty in grassroots petition work.This article focuses on the importance of establishing a stable mechanism for grassroots petition in oil fields,as well as several main factors that affect the successful conduct of petition work.It also briefly discusses how to do a good job of petition work,with the aim of putting forward suggestions that can be used for reference.
