摘要
在我国经济快速发展与事业单位规模不断扩大的背景下,事业单位必须要加强对人力资源管理工作,重视采取科学合理的措施,使得员工的综合能力得到大幅度提升,并激发员工的积极性,在实际工作中更加有效地将其能力体现,从而保证事业单位社会效益、经济效益的体现。基于此,本文主要围绕人力资源经济管理工具在事业单位中应用进行探究,并阐述了相关建议。
In the context of the rapid economic development and the continuous expansion of the scale of public institutions in China,public institutions must strengthen the management of human resources,attach importance to taking scientific and reasonable measures,so that the comprehensive ability of employees can be greatly improved,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and more effectively reflect their ability in actual work,so as to ensure the social and economic benefits of public institutions.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the application of human resource economic management tools in public institutions,and expounds relevant suggestions.
