Application Environment and Risk Control of EPC Mode in Hospital Construction Projects

医疗服务是我国民生基础产业之一,伴随着国家医疗体系的持续升级和变革,医院建设项目日益增多。近几年,我国也在持续推进工程总承包模式,诸多医院在改扩建项目过程中大量应用工程EPC模式。和传统模式相比,EPC模式面临着全新的风险与挑战。对此,文章论述EPC模式总承包单位在设计管理环节、施工管理环节、采购环节、培训调试环节、风险控制环节中所起到的作用,分析医院建设项目EPC模式的应用环境及存在风险,提出项目管理中保障双方利益的解决方式。

The medical service is one of the basic industries of people's livelihood in our country.With the continuous upgrading and reform of the national health care system,hospital construction projects are increasing day by day.In recent years,China continues to promote the general contracting mode,and a large number of hospitals apply the EPC mode in the process of rebuilding and expanding projects.Compared with traditional mode,EPC mode faces new risks and challenges.In this regard,the article discusses the role played by EPC mode general contractor in design management,construction management,procurement,training and debugging,and risk control,analyzes the application environment and risks of EPC mode of hospital construction projects,and proposes solutions to protect the interests of both parties in project management.
