益生菌对乙型肝炎孕妇肠道微生态调节研究进展

摘要 中国是乙肝大国,慢性乙型肝炎孕妇的病理、疾病进展与肠道微生态健康密切相关。“肠-肝轴”假说认为肠道菌群是肠道和肝脏相互作用的重要中介。研究表明益生菌具有抗乙肝病毒活性,能够预防妊娠并发症的发生。本综述就乙肝对肠道菌群、妊娠并发症的影响,以及益生菌干预功效进行综述,为通过益生菌调节肠道微生态改善乙肝孕妇健康提供科学参考。 Hepatitis B is an endemic in China,and the pathology and disease progression of chronic hepatitis B in pregnant women are highly related to the health of gut microbiome.The“gut-liver axis”hypothesis proposes that gut microbiota is an important mediator of gut-liver interactions.Studies have shown that probiotics have anti-hepatitis B virus activity and can prevent pregnancy complications.This article reviewed the influences of hepatitis B on intestinal flora and pregnancy complications,as well as the efficacy of probiotics intervention.It provides a scientific reference for improving the health of pregnant women with hepatitis B by regulating intestinal microbiome through probiotics.
